Cancel & Reschedule Policies
FOR THE FOLLOWING STYLISTS

Your salon appointments are very important to me and I understand sometimes schedule adjustments need to be made and that life happens. Please be aware that when you forget, neglect, get sick or cancel your reserved appointment without giving at least 48 hrs. notice, I miss the opportunity to offer services & I also miss the time slot to make a living. Since services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply to ALL services. Cancel fee will need to be paid by the link sent by your stylist. This rule applies to all clients. If you do not agree or comply to the cancel rules or fees, you will be given a list of stylists who will take care of you and will no longer be able to be added to appointment book for future appointments. PLEASE NOTE that when paid promptly & on time, 25% of the cancel fee with apply to the next appt.
Fees are seen below:
Cancelling less than 48 hours: $110 for all services besides cuts
Cancelling less than 48 hours: $55 for cuts
Cancel less than 24hrs/day of appt: $125 for all services except cuts
**Fee must be paid within the day of the appointment to be able to re-book/reschedule and remain a client.
This applies for ANY reason or circumstance. Each day late is an extra $5 per day. After 7 days, future appts will be taken off the book and forfeited if cancel fee is not paid on time. No scheduling as a client will be allowed in the future if fee is not paid within this time. IF there is a doctor's note presented, or in some extreme emergency cases that are shown/proven the fee is waived. Must present proof. Thanks for understanding! Others have ruined this in the past so please do not take this personal, this is how we can keep the business running.
COVID policy: A Covid test proof in the form of photo with the test and name on test will result in a waived fee or refund of cancel fee.
No proof of Covid test will still need to abide by cancellation policy to stay on the books and keep future appointments. This rule has been put in place as a result of past situations of untruthfulness and dishonesty. Just like the above policy of ANY sickness or medical emergency. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation in keeping business respectfully running and also safely.
Lateness
If over 15 minutes late for an appointment, we will have to either modify/ change appointment type or change hair plan for that day. If we cannot make your modification work or if there is so much time extra time missed then it isvconsidered a cancelled appointment and you will be asked to reschedule and a last minute fee of $50 will apply.
